Description

I wanted to do an adoptable that was a little out of the ordinary for me.. I normally do generic dogs (Something along the lines of a wolf and other wolfy like dogs) so this guy came to mind. Meet a special needs Toy terrier (Or a Regular terrier if you wanted him to be a bit bigger) who's a bit of a rascal and got himself in trouble. I never really have made a handicapped character before but after doing this guy I made add one among my own characters because this really did come up with some interested possible stories in my head!
